Now close your eyes and imagine light and love flowing into you through the moonlight. Imagine this light energy like golden honey flowing through your crown chakra to your feet and filling your whole body with harmony and peace.

Now you are ready to give this to all people.

When you have finished your meditation, open your eyes and end the ritual with the words:

"At the end of the ritual I ask the spiritual world to protect and guide me, may all people who meet me and have contact with me in some way be filled with inner peace and love.

I thank you for your support.so be it, so be it, so be it!"
